The Ladies for Ladies seminar series offers aspiring women in science a chance to receive mentorship from established female scientists by hearing about their experiences. The dynamics of these seminars are shaped by the speakers, who not only talk about their careers but as well as their personal lives, their families, their mistakes, the hard times, the successes, and the failures. The seminars are always enriched with take-home messages, reflection points, and ways to move forward. These sessions are open to allies of all genders
