- Top panel: Number of samples successfully sequenced in Alachua County (—) and % of those samples (bars) comprising variants of Interest (pastel), variants of concern (dark), or other (gray) for each week since the onset of sequencing in the county in December 2020. Samples provided by UF Health Shands, UF Health Pathology Laboratories, and UF’s Screen, Test and Protect program (updated July 24, 2021).
